Takeshi Inoue graduated from the Teachers Department of the Tokyo Academy of Music (1918).
Career
Takeshi Inoue was appointed teacher of the Tokyo Higher Normal School (1931) and engaged in educating future music teachers. Author of "Guide to Musical Composition." He appointed instructor of Tokyo University of Art (1953).
