The founders of Karnopp, Petersen began serving the legal needs of Central Oregon in 1950 when Owen M. Panner (now a senior federal district judge) joined in partnership with Duncan McKay. While the scope of the firm"s practice has expanded, many of those early clients are still with the firm today.
