In 1971 Tamara Georgievna graduated from Moscow State Institute of Culture (now Moscow State Art and Cultural University).
Tamara Georgievna worked at the Voronezh Regional Universal Scientific Library named after I.S. Nikitina: employee (since 1964), head of the subscription department (since 1977), deputy director for scientific work (since 1984), director (1992-2003).
Under the leadership of Tamara Georgievnaa, the library was reorganized in the new social conditions: modern computer equipment, an electronic catalog, one of the first Russian business information centers, and the Navigator youth center appeared.
On the initiative and with the participation of Tamara Georgievna, a target program supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation was developed to create a territorial automated information library network of the Voronezh region.
