Ainsworth, Sullivan, Tracy, Knauf, Warner & Ruslander, despite changes in the masthead from time to time, has always been known as Ainsworth & Sullivan, and it still is.
Founded in 1908 by Danforth Ainsworth and Charles Sullivan, its concentration in the early years was insurance and construction law but over the years its practice has widened to include negligence, malpractice, civil rights and discrimination, estates and trusts, real property and investment and securities law.
