Achievements include first to successfully readministrated infliximab to a pateint of rheumatoid arthritis, who recovered from tuberculosis following the previous therapy of infliximab; first to introduce Tuberculosis VNTR typing into clinical field in Japan. Recipient award, Osaka Prefectural Medical Center for Respiratory and Allergic Diseases, 2005.
