Career
Toshitsugu Shiomi was became part-time employee of Government-General of Formosa (1931), chief of Finance Section of Formosa Regional Financial Bureau (1940) and chief of Accounting and Supplies sections of Formosa Regional Financial Bureau. Repatriated (1946).
He was appointed administrative official of finance (1947) and served at Budget Bureau. Appointed director of Direct Tax Department, Tokyo Regional Financial Bureau (1947) and director of Kumamoto and Hiroshima Regional Financial bureaus. Director of Osaka National Tax Bureau of National Tax Agency.
