Career
Since 1997 he worked in the Department of Economic Legislation of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. Since 2000 he worked in the apparatus of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the adviser, deputy head of the Office of the Committee on Civil, Criminal, Arbitration and Procedural Legislation.
Since 2008 - the Deputy Director of the Department of Real Estate of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. In 2009 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography - Deputy Chief State Registrar of the Russian Federation.
