Vadim Raevsky graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of Saint Petersburg University.
Career
Vadim Raevsky was a district police officer of Volokolamsk district of Moscow province (1901-1903). Zemsky head of the Voronezh district of the Voronezh province (1903-1908; lived in the village of Gololobovo). He was a member of the assembly with the decisive vote of the provincial zemstvo (since 1908), a member of the provincial district council (since 1909), member of the Society of Public Universities. An active member of the local organization of the Octobrists. Employee of the museum department of the National Commissariat of Education (1918-1920).
