Valery Mechislavovich Kozlovsky was the author of thematic paintings, portraits, book illustrations and political cartoons in front-line newspapers. One of the organizers and the member (since 1932) of Voronezh Artist Association. Among the works: a portrait of I.V. Michurin and a series of drawings "According to Michurin sites" (1933), "Liberation of Voronezh" (1936), "Collective farm holiday" (1941), "From a distant collective farm" (1954).
