Education
In 1952-1954 he studied at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, graduated from the Historical Department of the History and Philology Faculty of the Voronezh State University (1957), the Foreign Languages Department of the Voronezh State Pedagogical Institute (1962).

Teacher of History and German of the Secondary School in Voronezh (1957-1960). Teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages at Voronezh Institute of Technology (1960-1965). Since 1969, senior lecturer, associate professor of the preparatory faculty for foreign citizens of Voronezh State University. Associate Professor of the Voronezh Institute of Technology (1975-1979), Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of the History of New and Modern Time, Voronezh State University (1979-1999), Head of the Department of Political History, Voronezh State University (1999-2003), since 2003 Head of the Department of International Relations and Regional Policy Voronezh State University.Specialist in the history of the democratic movement in modern times, the political history of Europe. An active participant in the musical life of Voronezh in the 1950s and 1960s. Author of more than 150 works.
