Victor Landweber was born on September 11, 1943, in Washington, District of Columbia, United States.

Education

Victor studied at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa, United States. In 1966 he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Also, he studied at the University of California in Los Angeles, California, United States. In 1976 he became a Master of Fine Arts. He studied with John Schulze at the former, Robert Heinecken at the latter.

Career

Victor is a self-employed photographer and art publisher. Since 1971 he has taught part-time at UCLA Extension, and at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California, the United States from 1973 to 1976.

Landweber produced monochrome prints from 1966 to 1975, Polaroid prints in the studio from 1975 to 1978, and was doing color prints.
