Viktor Alexeevich graduated from the Michurinsky Food College (1961), the Faculty of Architecture of the Novosibirsk Institute of Civil Engineering (now Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering) (1970).
Career
Viktor Alexeevich worked in the Novosibirsk branch of the Teploelektroproekt Institute (1966-1970), as a senior architect at the Sibgiproenergoprom Institute (1970-1972). Senior Architect (since 1972), Chief Architect, Head of the Architectural and Construction Workshop No. 3 of the Voronezhgrazhdanproekt Institute (1980-1985). The chief architect of the Voronezh Institute "CCR-agropromproekt" (1985-1992). Lecturer, associate professor (since 1992), professor (since 2004) of the Department of Architectural Design and Urban Planning of the Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute (now Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering).
Viktor Alexeevich is the author of several projects of residential and public buildings in Voronezh, including a complex of educational buildings of the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (educational, laboratory, library and sports buildings), a 10-story residential building on Kirova Street, a residential complex on Beethoven Street (together with A.E. Enin, I.E. Tselyaritsky).
