Viktor Alexeevich worked in the Novosibirsk branch of the Teploelektroproekt Institute (1966-1970), as a senior architect at the Sibgiproenergoprom Institute (1970-1972). Viktor Alexeevich is the author of several projects of residential and public buildings in Voronezh, including a complex of educational buildings of the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (educational, laboratory, library and sports buildings), a 10-story residential building on Kirova Street, a residential complex on Beethoven Street (together with A.E. Enin, I.E. Tselyaritsky).
