After finishing school Viktor Krasilnikov entered Polytechnic Institute in Volgograd, studying launching platforms. In 1974 Viktor Krasilnikov was sent to employer-sponsored postgraduate program at the department of industrial management at the Faculty of Economics of MSU. Soon after finishing post-graduate program in 1977, he continued his work at the department as a fellow. In the year of 1980 he maintained a Ph.D. thesis, published his works and worked as a lecturer in Russian society "Znanie".
After graduation in 1969 with a diploma of engineer-mechanic Viktor Krasilnikov worked at the plant "Barrikady" as a shop foreman in the department of launching platforms SS-20 production.
Soon he was called up for military service in railroad troops. Viktor Naumovich was a secretary of Komsomol Committee in squadron, assistant secretary of Komsomol Committee in regiment.
After finishing military service Viktor Krasilnikov worked as a chief editor of newspaper "Polytechnik" and as a secretary of Komsomol Committee in Polytechnic Institute in Volgograd, later he started his career at the department of industrial economics in this institute.
In 1974 Viktor Krasilnikov was sent to employer-sponsored postgraduate programme at the department of industrial management at the Faculty of Economics of MSU. Soon Krasilnikov was appointed a community leader of the department. After finishing post-graduate programme in 1977, he continued his work at the department as a fellow. In the year of 1980 he maintained a Ph.D. thesis, published his works and worked as a lecturer in Russian society "Znanie". In March, 1982 he was appointed a Deputy Chair and one of the founders of Scientific and Economic society.
In 1989 Viktor Naumovich Krasilnikov together with V.S. Pavlov and V.I. Scherbakov had a trip to the USA, during which they participated in the conference at the University of Columbia and met businessmen. But the first trip to the USA Krasilnikov had in 1988 when he was invited by the University of Sun-Francisco.
Due to the contribution of Viktor Naumovich in 1991 in Sandansk (Bulgary) was founded an International Union of Economists which is considered by scientists and experts in economics, public men, bankers and entrepreneurs from different countries as an independent international social non-governmental association.
Viktor Naumovich is also one of the founders of International Academy of Management.
At the present time he works on creating Museum of Liberal economic society of Russia.
Viktor Naumovich is an author of more than 100 scientific articles and publications, one of the author of books "The art of management" and "Management of scientific-and-technological advance".
Shparber Naum Abramovich graduated from Iron and Steel Institute in Dnepropetrovsk, took part in Great Patriotic War as an artillery platoon commander, he also took part in the battle at the Kursk Bulge. For many years has worked at the plant "Krasny Oktyabr" in Volgograd as a shift supervisor in metallurgic department, then as a director of quality and control department.
Krasilnikova Irina Petrovna is a physician, holder of Habilitation degree in Medicine, professor, the author of the book "Confession of a doctor", during the years of the Great Patriotic War worked in besieged Leningrad.
Kazakova Farida Kamarutdinovna is a vice-president of International Academy of Management, Doctor of Economics and Management, Ph.D. in Economics, assistant professor.
