Then comissar, Petrograd printing houses. 1918 comissar. Internal Waterways Board. Then chairman, Tatar-Bash Republic Soviet.
Tatar-Bash Commissar of Waterways. Fought in Civil War; 1920-1921 member, Tatar Republic Central Executive Committee. 1921-1933 exec posts in trade and vocational training.
