Vladimir Alexandrovich graduated from the theater faculty of the Voronezh State Institute of Arts (1986) and directing faculty of the All-Russian Institute of Television and Radio Broadcasting (Moscow, 1992).
Vladimir Alexandrovich was the director of theater studios in Voronezh and Saint Petersburg (1986-1991), at the same time, the actor of studio "Lenfilm", the director of the Voronezh television (edition "News"). In 1992-1995 he collaborated with the editorial board of literary and artistic programs of the Central television (Ostankino).
Since 1995 Vladimir Alexandrovich has been in the central and local press with materials on culture and art. He is published in the theater magazine "Strastnoy Boulevard, 10", the Moscow newspaper "Screen and stage", "Nezavisimaya Gazeta", "Novaya Gazeta" and other publications. He is an author of poetry collections "songs of Melpomene" (Moscow, 2005), scenarios of a number of television performances and films (Moscow).
