Was a Secretary of a committee of all-Soviet Lenin Communist Union of Youth of Voronezh Technological Institute in 1962-1966, a Secretary of Central Regional committee of Voronezh all-Soviet Lenin Communist Union of Youth in 1966-1971. Since 1971 was a graduate student, assistant, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the chair of Machines and Vehicles of Food Industry, in 1986-1989 was a Vice-Rector of Voronezh Technological Institute. Was a Secretary of Voronezh City Committee of CPSU in 1989-1991. Since 1991 was a Professor of the chair of Machines and Vehicles of Food Industry, Vice-Rector of Voronezh State Technological Academy.
