Vladimir Ivanovich graduated from the school under the Voronezh Drama Theater in 1938. The course he studied was designed by G.M. Vasilyev.
Career
Since the beginning of the 1920s, Vladimir Ivanovich lived in the city of Voronezh. In 1940-1948, he acted on the stage of Voronezh theater. Kuksenko was a director at the Borisoglebsk Drama Theater (1948-1952), Voronezh Theater of Musical Comedy (1952-1961). Also, he was one of the organizers and directors of the Voronezh Musical Theater (1961-1963). From 1966 to 1973, he was a director at the Voronezh Theater of the Young Spectator.
