Vladimir Mikhailovich graduated from the Buturlin Art and Graphic Pedagogical College (1980), the graphic arts department of the Kursk State Pedagogical Institute (1987).
Career
Works primarily in the genres of portraiture, landscape, still life. Major works: "Kursk. Cossack settlement" (1990), "Still-Life with a Kerosene Lamp" (1995), "Waiting for a Beer" (2001), "Village Mosaic" (2002) and others. He has published over 90 methodological and scientific works in the field of art and pedagogical education.
