In 1955 Vladimir Semenovich graduated from the philological department of History and Philology faculty of Voronezh State University. Doctor of Philosophy in History (1972) and associate professor (1975).
Career
In 1959-1961 Vladimir Semenovich Listengarten worked as a teacher in a secondary school in the village of Sohzki, Oktyabrsky district, Lipetsk Region. In 1956-1963 he was a Komsomol Worker in Voronezh. In 1964-1998 Vladimir Semenovich worked as a head of educational department of Voronezh State University and gave lectures at the same time. Since 1998 he is a scientific secretary of Voronezh State University, assistant to the Rector, and a scientific secretary of Voronezh reggion Rectors Board.
Vladimir Semenovich is an author of more than 200 scientific and methodological publications on youth movement history, pedagogical issues of higher education.
