Vladimir Vladimirovich Varava graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages in Voronezh State Pedagogical University (1994).
Since 1997 Vladimir Vladimirovich has been working at the Department of Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology of the Voronezh State University. At the same time, he is a lecturer at the Voronezh Theological Seminary, where he led a philosophical and theological coterie (1999-2002). He is also a member of the editorial board of the magazine "Pod'em" (since 2000). One of the organizers of scientific philosophical conferences, held since 1995 in VGLTA under the guidance of Professor V. P. Fetisov.
Together with V.D. Liutiy organized a number of meetings between representatives of the scientific and the artistic intelligentsia (1998-2002), at which the problems of modern national culture were discussed.
It is published since 1996 (the magazine "Moscow", "Pod'em", "Don", "Man" and other publications). Vladimir Vladimirovich develops in his publications the problem of the so-called philosophy of paternal region.
