In 1960 he graduated from Lviv music conservatory.
In 1956-1960 he was a solo performer in Lviv Opera and Ballet Theatre, and in 1960-1964 – in Voronezh Music Theatre.
Main roles: Count Almaviva (The Barber of Seville by G. Rossini), Doctor Faust (Faust by Ch. Gounod), the Herzog (Rigoletto by G. Verdi), the Prince (The Mermaid by A. Dragomyzhsky), Vladimir (The Prince Igor by A. Borodin), Lensky (Eugene Onegin by P. Chaikovsky, was performed at the opening of a new building of the Voronezh Musical Theater in February 1961), Nikolas (Daughter of Cuba by K. Listov), etc. After a short creative activity he worked as a theater administrator.
