Engineer special sanitation, Cleveland, O., 1896-1903. Consultant practice, New York City, since 1904. Has specialized in reinforced concrete construction for sewers and pipe lines.

Inventor of reinforced concrete designs widely in use. President Essex County Mosquito Extermination Commission.
