Education

Wayne Warga graduated from University of Southern California, from which he received his Bachelor of Arts in 1960.

Career

From 1960 to 1962 Mr. Warga was a reporter for Associated Press, Columbus, Ohio. Between 1965 and 1968 he served as an assistant editor for Life magazine, New York City. He occupied the post of an assistant arts editor at Los Angeles Times during 1968-1983. In 1983-1987 Wayne Warga was a head writer of Entertainment Tonight/Entertainment This Week, Hollywood, California.

Since 1987 he had become a freelance writer. He has also been a contributor to periodicals, including TV Guide, Cosmopolitan, and McCall’s.
