Joined the Rosenstock Directory Co. in 1905.
Established China Directory with office in Hongkong, 1906 and at Shanghai in same year.
Acquired sole rights of Rosenstock's China Directory in 1912.
Established The Office Appliance Co. at Shanghai in 1910.
