Education

Crowley graduated from the Lamar State College of Technology as a Bachelor of Science in 1968.

Career

Crowley served at the United States Army Reserve, becoming a lieutenant colonel.

Crowley worked at such organizations as Shell Chemical, Apollo Chemical, Nalco Chemical, and Amoco Chemicals. He was a president of the company Competitive Analysis Technologies from 1993. As the president of the company, which conducts competitive analysis for the oil, gas and chemical industry, Crowley has developed three directories to information on the internet, including Oil and Gas on the Internet: 650 Energy-Industry Addresses at Your Fingertips, which was published by Gulf Publishing in 1996.

• Crowley received the Bronze Star for meritorious service.
