He worked as a teacher of the music school in Poland.Later, since 1918 as a head of the military band of the Voronezh garrison. He acted as a pianist and accompanist in concerts in the Voronezh gardens in early 1920s. The head of the musical part and the conductor of the Voronezh Bolshoi Soviet Theater in the late 1920s.Also worked as a conductor of the Voronezh Circus in 1929.Since 1933 conductor, teacher, organizer (together with Sergeev) of the Voronezh Military Music Regimental School, simultaneously head of the musical part of the Voronezh Young Theater in 1934-1937. Conducted the ballet "Coppelia" by L. Delibes in 1938, Voronezh Choreography School.
