Kao Yi-han obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the Meiji University, Japan.
Mr. Kao was a professor at the National Peking University. Later he served as a professor and dean of the Political Science Department of the Chungkuo University, Peking. Kao Yi-han also was a professor and dean of the School of Social Sciences of the China National Institute, Wusong, Shanghai, and professor at the Chungshan University, Wuchang.
Kao Yi-han took up the post of a director of the Bureau of Compilation and Translation of the Political Department of the Military Affairs Commission. Then he became a member of the Control Yuan and was recently appointed Supervisory Commissioner of the Yuan for the Hunan-Hubei Control Area.
