Yoshimori Yoneda graduated from Law Course of Junior College Department of Chuo University (1926).
Yoshimori Yoneda became chief director of the newly founded Yokohama Semmon Gakko (Yokohama College of Commerce), a juridical foundation (1929) and thenceforth lectured on constitution at that college. He elected twice to House of Representatives (from 1942). Appointed president of Yokohama Semmon Gakko (1947) and continued as president after that college was elevated to the status of a university and was renamed Kanagawa University (1949).
Held additional posts of chief director of Nihon Shiritsu Semmon Gakko Kyokai (Japan Private College Association) and member of Committee for Establishment of Universities of Education Ministry. Vice Minister of Welfare Ministry (1957).
