In 1916, he was graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
Entered Agriculture and Commerce Ministry and served as director of Chugoku Regional Branch of Live-stock Experiment Station of that ministry and director of Sanrizuka Imperial Live-stock Station of Department of Imperial Household. In 1938-1949 taught as professor at Kyoto University.
