Graduated from the architectural department of the land management faculty of the Voronezh Agricultural Institute (1977).
Lecturer at the Agricultural Construction Department of the Voronezh Agricultural Institute (1978-1980). Leading architect of the Voronezh Special Scientific and Restoration Production Workshop (1980-1983), architect of the Architectural and Planning Administration of Voronezh (1983-1990), chief architect of "Voronezhoblrems troiprojects" (1990-1992), architect of PTM No. 21 (since 1992).
Since 2000 he lives in the Czech Republic.
He is the author of many projects for the restoration of monuments of architecture in the city of Voronezh and the region, including the building of the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy (1984), the former Grand Hotel (1986, Srednomoskovskaya Street, 14), the interiors of the Oldenburg Palace in the village of Ramon (1985), the mills in the village of Kolodezhnoe in the Podgorensky district (1990), the churches in the village of Anna (1992), the village Peski Povorinsky district (1993), the village of Otradnoe Novousmansky district (1995). He worked on the project for the reconstruction of the Voronezh House of Composers (1986, Karl Marx Street, 41), participated in the creation of projects to strengthen the Assumption Admiralty Church (1997), the master plan and the re-creation of the fraternal corps of Alekseevsky Akatov Monastery (1992-1993) in Voronezh. Member of the republican (1982), regional and zonal art exhibitions.
