Yury Lvovich graduated from Tula State Polytechnic Institute, the Faculty of technical cybernetics (1968) and the Department of journalism of the Faculty of public professions (1970), post-graduate course at the Faculty of Psychology of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Yury Polevoy's interest in literature is reflected in his career. He's successfully combining several activities. Along with the management of the company he headed two departments, taught, supervised student practice, held master classes and open days, and developed and produced educational literature.
Author of more than 80 scientific works. In 1987 he organized the first advertising and publishing cooperative society "Perspektiva" in Voronezh, which was transformed into the company "Kvarta" in 1991. Under the direction of the Polevoy there were released a number of regional and historical-cultural publications, including booklets and postcard sets. The company has published 15 books in the series "Systems and communications". Many works were awarded during the regional competition in journalism and book publishing.
