Yury Vladimirovich Lvov graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Leningrad Institute of Civil Engineering (now Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering) (1951).
Architect, chief architect of projects of the Voronezh Institute "Voenproekt" (1951-1956), chief architect of the branch of the institute "Giprostanok" (1956-1960), of the institute "Voronezhgrazhdanproekt" (1960-1967, 1968-1973). Chief architect of the city of Voronezh (1967-1968).
In 1973 Yury Vladimirovich moved to Sochi, where he worked as head of the architectural workshop of the Institute "Yuzhgiprokommunstroy" (until 1989). From 1989 he headed the personal creative workshop.
Author and co-author of more than 50 projects, of which 20 were implemented in Voronezh. The most significant buildings of the Voronezh period are: the hospital on Krasnoznamennaya Street (1955), the building of Chernyakhovsky Square and Mir Street, the building of the former Council of the National Economy of Central-Chernozem economic region Lenin Square, 12, the building of the Institute "Giproavtotrans" along Revolution Avenue (1961), the 2nd phase of the Voronezh Technological Institute, the new building of the cinema "Proletariy" (1969), the administration building Central District (1971), the hotel "Brno". He participated in the development of the master plan and the draft detailed planning center of Voronezh (1964-1969).
