From 1890’s active in revol movement. 1901, while in emigration in Belgium, helped smuggle “Iskra”. After 1917 Febr Revol member, Nikolayevka Rayon Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Committee, Krasnoyarsk.
Bolshevik member, Krasnoyarsk City Duma. After 1917 October Revol worked for People's Commissariat of Education. Worked for Library Department, Main Polit and Education Committee, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Education.
Then head Library of Centr Kremlin Club.
