Graduated from the history Department of Voronezh state University (1962).
Career
In 1957-1962 she was a pioneer counselor at school № 21 and Suvorov military school in Voronezh. In 1962-1982 she was the head teacher, director of the house of pioneers and schoolchildren, in 1983-1992 director of the station of young technicians, creator and the 1st director of the center for additional children education of the Voronezh Levoberezhny district (since 1992).
Achievements

Candidate of pedagogical Sciences (2001). Honored teacher of the school of the Russian Federation (1997), people's teacher of the Russian Federation (2005), honorary citizen of Voronezh (2007). Winner of the Golden Fund of the Voronezh region award (2003).
One of the authors of the additional education in modern conditions concept. Theoretically substantiated the process of complementary interaction of institutions of basic and additional education in the course of professional student self-determination.
