Alexander Yakovlev graduated from a Gymnasium in Kursk, studied at the Historical and Philological Faculty of Moscow University (1903 - 1905).
Career
Alexander Yakovlev repeatedly visited Voronezh with his relatives. He was a participant in the revolutionary movement.
Alexander Yakovlev was arrested (in the spring of 1906), served 5 years of hard labor in Siberia, fled from the Trans-Baikal exile to Europe. During the years of World War I, he volunteered to join the French army (2nd Foreign Legion), and died in battle.
