Alexander Alexandrovich Komarov was a commissioner of the partisan detachment in the Far East. He was a deputy district military commissar in the city of Dmitrovsk-Orlovsky, instructor of the political department of the division of headquarters in the city of Orel (1921-1926).
After demobilization - a member of the commission on the organization of the Central Black Earth region (1927). Head of the Archive Department of the Central Black Earth Region (1928-1931), Deputy Head of the Voronezh Regional Branch of the Book Association of the State Publishing House (1931-1934), Instructor of the Press Department of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (1935-1938). Istpart employee, head of the section of the history of the proletariat of the Society of Marxist Historians of the Central Black Earth region.
Author of works on the history of the revolutionary movement, compiler of a collection of documents on the Civil War on the territory of the Central Black Earth Region (Voronezh, 1931; together with V.N. Alekseev). Together with P. Kroshitsky he published the book "The Revolutionary Movement. Chronicle. 1918 (Voronezh and Tambov provinces)" (Voronezh, 1930).
Unreasonably repressed (1938), shot.
