Anastasii Savinsky graduated from the Pereyaslav Theological Seminary, Kiev Theological Academy in 1787.
Career
Anastasii Savinsky worked as a teacher at the Pereyaslav Theological Seminary in 1787-1799. In 1799 he took monastic vows. Anastasii Savinsky was a teacher of the Alexander Nevsky Theological Seminary at St. Petersburg in 1800-1801. He was prefect in 1801-1804, rector of the Novgorod Theological Seminary in 1804. Simultaneously hegumen Kirillov and Archimandrite Antoniev of Novgorod monasteries. Anastasii Savinsky was laid off for rest. Teacher of the Poltava Theological Seminary in 1806-1807. Rector of the Voronezh Theological Seminary and Archimandrite of Akatov Alekseevsky Monastery since January 1807.
