Anatoly Nikolaevich Sviridov was born on March 26, 1939 in Nikolskoye village, Arkhangelsk region, Russian Federation.
During his studies at school, especially in high school, Anatoly Nikolaevich collaborated with the regional newspaper "Zavet Ilyicha" and the regional newspapers "Young Communard" and "Kommuna". He graduated from the philological faculty of Voronezh State University (1966).
In 1966-1972 Anatoly Nikolaevich worked in the editorial offices of district newspapers in Voronezh region (Bobrov, Anna, Khokhol). He was an editor of "Upper Mamonsky" district newspaper (1972-1974), "Ostrogozhsky" district newspaper (1975-1977). He was an employee of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the CPSU (1977-1982).
Anatoly Nikolaevich was a director of Central Black Earth Book Publishing House (1983-2002). Member of Board of the Book Publishing Association (Moscow, 1996). The author of books published in the city of Voronezh: "Journey to Man" (2002), "Chronicler of Victory Semyon Borzunov" (2004), "Voronezh Chroniclers" (2006). Actively published in the Voronezh press, including with materials devoted to V.M. Peskov.
