From 1955 to 1956 Anthony M. Nazzaro was a faculty member at Oberlin College. From 1957 to 1962 he was a faculty member at Russell Sage College. From 1962 to 1992 he was a faculty member at Skidmore College, and a professor of French from 1972 to 1992. In 1992 he became a professor emeritus in this educational institution.
He edited three books: Trois nouvelles by Georges Simenon (1966), Choix de Simenon by same author (1972), Reálité et fantaisie: Neuf nouvelles modernes.
