In Vitebsk Arkady finished a music school, served in military aviation. After the army he entered the Theater School settled in Novosibirsk. In 1974 Arkady graduated from the Philological Faculty of the Biysk Pedagogical Institute, where he became the collector and director of the Shukshin museum. Then Arkady graduated from the Far Eastern State University qualified as a journalist.
In Vitebsk Arkady Lvovich worked as an electrician. Since 1981, he is a deputy head of the Moscow Committee of Writers.
Arkady Lvovich is a consistent supporter of the constitutional monarchy. As a consistent supporter of the constitutional monarchy, recently he has established such organizations as the International Academy of Harmony (IAH), the International Monarchical Court (MMD), the Religious Monarchical Council (RMS).
In 1999, Arkady Lvovich was elected as a full member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
