In Vitebsk Arkady finished a music school, served in military aviation. After the army he entered the Theater School settled in Novosibirsk. In 1974 Arkady graduated from the Philological Faculty of the Biysk Pedagogical Institute, where he became the collector and director of the Shukshin museum. Then Arkady graduated from the Far Eastern State University qualified as a journalist.
In Vitebsk Arkady Lvovich worked as an electrician. Since 1981, he is a deputy head of the Moscow Committee of Writers.
As a head of the MMD he is doing a lot of work to restore and grant the noble titles of the New Elite of the World. He initiated the revival and the Grand Master of the Knight Order of Honor, which was established by his great ancestor for the first time. Arkady Lvovich headed the Russian Sub-Priority Order of the Knights of St. George. In 1991, as co-chairman of the Russian Democratic Forum (RDF), he was nominated as a candidate for the post of President of the Russian Federation.
For his contribution to the restoration of the Cossacks, Prince Alexei Bugaev-Ponyatovsky was elected as Vice-Chairperson of Supreme Ataman of the All-Russian Cossack Host Union and as ataman of the Cossack Host. He was awarded the rank of colonel-general of the Cossack troops. He is an adviser to the Interpol Association for Combating Drug Abuse and Drug Business.
Arkady Lvovich is a consistent supporter of the constitutional monarchy. As a consistent supporter of the constitutional monarchy, recently he has established such organizations as the International Academy of Harmony (IAH), the International Monarchical Court (MMD), the Religious Monarchical Council (RMS).
In 1999, Arkady Lvovich was elected as a full member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
