He graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
After graduating from Tokyo University he was in turn professor at Himeji and 1st Higher School, then assistant professor and professor (1953) at Tokyo University. Is a noted scholar on international politics, in which he created a new field for study that has come to be known as history of international relations. Among his works are «Historical Analysis of International Relations» and «Imperialism and Races».
