Dale Graff was born on December 13, 1934 in Lynn Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, United States. He is the son of son of Warren F. Graff, a farmer and plumber, and Florence R. (Follweiler) Graff, a homemaker.
In 1956 Dale Edward Graff received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University. In 1964 he obtained a Master of Science degree from the Drexel Institute of Technology (now Drexel University).
Dale Edward Graff was an aerospace engineer at the Bendix Systems Division in Ann Arbor, Michigan from 1959 to 1961. He was an aerospace engineer at the Martin Marietta Corporation in Baltimore, Maryland from 1961 to 1964. Graff served as a civilian aerospace engineer and physicist at the United States Air Force in the Foreign Technology Division in Dayton, Ohio from 1964 to 1981. He was a physicist at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, District of Columbia from 1981 to 1993. Graff served as chairperson of working groups on electro-optics, electronics, radar, and stealth technology.
Currently Dale Edward Graff presents seminars and workshops for individuals through Psi-Seminars-Initiatives and other organizations in the United States, Canada, and Europe. He facilitates programs with an integrated approach for psi exploration that emphasize balance and well being while offering user-friendly guidance and explorations of psychic abilities. His dream seminar focus is on precognition (future-seeing) and healing potential, while his independent psi research explores the relationship between cognitive processing, art principles and the nature of the psi target. He currently resides in Pennsylvania, where he continues writing and performing psi investigations.
Dale E. Graff is internationally known for his insights into the processes of the mind. His books "Tracks in the Psychic Wilderness" and "River Dreams" have brought him international recognition as he describes his personal evolution from scientific doubter to that of accepting the reality of psi abilities.
Dale has appeared on several national and international TV programs, including Good Morning America, Larry King Live, The Crier Report, CNN Sunday Morning News, and several documentaries for the A & E and History Channel. He has twelve outstanding performance awards.
