Dmitriy Litvinov was born on September 12th, 1949 in village Kalinovo, Voronezh region, Russian Federation.

Education

Dmitriy Afanasevich graduated from Economics faculty of Voronezh Agricultural Institute in 1972. Doctor of economic sciences (1993), Professor (1993).

Career

In 1973-1975 was chief economist at agricultural enterprises of Gubkinsky and Belgorod districts. Assistant, associate professor, professor of economic theory Department of Voronezh State Agricultural University (1975-1985; 1989-1995). Responsible employee of Voronezh regional Committee of the CPSU (1985-1989).

Since 1995 Dmitriy Afanasevich is head of the Department of Economics of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. He is an author of more than 150 scientific, educational and methodical works.
