Career
Participated in the Winter War, the Great Patriotic War. Many songs of Dolmatovsky texts became popular. The author of many books since 1934. Was printing his works since 1930. In winter 1941 – spring 1942 was attached to the newspaper of political governance of "Red Army" South-Western Front (took the post of A. T. Tvardovsky in the office after his departure), which editorial office situated in Voronezh.
