Education

In 1941 Evgeny Vyacheslavovich went to first grade in Voronezh. Here he graduated from high school and he graduated from the history department of the historical and philological faculty of Voronezh State University

Career

In 1956-1968, Evgeny Vyacheslavovich was the director of rural schools of the Voronezh region (the villages of Solntse-Dubrava, Stupino, Beryozovsky district, the village of New Usman), the head of the district department of public education of the Beryozovsky region. Since 1968 Evgeny Vyacheslavovich has been working at the Belgorod State Pedagogical Institute (University): senior lecturer, associate professor, professor, head (1974-1978) of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, the 1st Vice-Rector for Research (1978-2001), Advisor to the Rector (since 2002).

Achievements

• Evgeny Yonkov is an Honored Teacher of the RSFSR School (1991), an Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation (1996), Honorary Professor of the Belgorod State University (2001). He is the author of more than 120 scientific works, including monographs.
