Career
In 1979-1980 Gennadiy Georgievich was the Secretary of the all-Union Leninist Young Communist League committee of tram and trolleybus administration. In 1980-1983 – assistant professor of the CPSU history department at Voronezh State University. Since 1985 – teacher, Associate Professor at the Department of CPSU history at Voronezh Polytechnic Institute. Since 1997 - Associate Professor, Professor, Head of the Department of Social Ecology and Environmental Management at Moscow (Russian since 2004) State Social University.
The author of about 80 works, including books such as: "Sotsialnie aspekti ekologii" ("Social aspects of ecology") (Voronezh), "Sotsialnaya ekologia: istoriografia problem (50-80-e goda XX veka)" ("Social ecology: historiography of the problem (50-80 years of the 20th century)") (Moscow, 1999), "Proschay, Rossia?! Sotsialno-ekologicheskie imperativi vizhivaniya Rossii v XXI veke" ("Goodbye, Russia?! Social-and-ecological imperatives of Russia’s survival in XXI century") (Moscow, 2003) and others.
