In 1927, Georgy Alekseevich graduated from Leningrad Institute of Civil Engineers (Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering today).
Georgy Alekseevich Krivoshein worked as an engineer for construction organizations in the Urals, 1927-1931. Since 1931 to 1933, he was a chief engineer of the trust "Ogneuportsemstroy". Since 1933 to 1936, he worked as an architect of the trust "Oblproyektplangor". Since 1935 to 1941, he was a member of the city advisory architectural council. He also worked as a chief engineer of the trust "Voronezhgorstroy" (1936-1941, 1944-1946). Georgy Alekseevich was a member of the architectural commission under the chief architect of Voronezh (1944-1953). Since 1946 to 1960, he was a lecturer and an associate professor of Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute.
