In 2012, he was appointed Managing General Partner of the company, the position he still holds.
Harry D'Andrea is an American financier and investor who has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer for over twenty years. He worked as a Chief Financial Officer at Call Technologies and played a central role in preparing the company for growth and for its ultimate sale to 3Com Corporation. As the Chief Financial Officer for Yurie Systems Harry D'Andrea was instrumental in the 1998 acquisition of the company by Lucent Technologies for over $1.1 billion in cash.
Harry D'Andrea served for ten years as a panel member of the Nasdaq Stock Market Listings Qualification Panel and was a charter member of the CFO Steering Committee of the Maryland Hi-Tech Council. Now he is a member of the NASDAQ Listing and Hearing Review Council.
D'Andrea serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association, the Board of Directors of the Alumni Society of the College of Liberal Arts of the Pennsylvania State University and on the Advisory Board of MTECH Ventures.
