Harry M. Freeman was born on September 17, 1943 in Meridian, Mississippi, United States.

Education

Harry graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. in 1966. Then he received an M.B.A. from Loyola University, New Orleans in 1968 and an M.S. from the University of Cincinnati in 1974.

Career

From 1968 until 1970 Harry served for the U.S. Public Health Service. He has been a staff member of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Cincinnati, Ohio since 1968. He is also director of Louisiana Environmental Leadership Program at the University of New Orleans.
