Graduated from Pavlovsk Hydromeliorative Technical School in 1957. Graduated from philological faculty of Voronezh State University in 1965.
Career
Collaborated with the newspaper of the Moscow Military District "Red Warrior" in 1949-1952. He is engaged in the history of Pridonye, published more than 150 articles in the district newspaper "Mayak Pridonya" (since 1953) and in the weekly newspaper "V okruge".
